The spacious apartment is located on the top floor retrocessive 12th floor of a multifunctional
building from the year 1998 in Bratislava.Construction works were carried out in an apartment
with an area of 108 m2 and terrace with an area of 151 m2. Architectural design
had an effort to enhance the usability of the apartment and terrace. The bearing
structures in the appartment were not interfered. During the reconstruction were resolved

The dominant feature of this flat is the floor made of brushed gray ash treated with wax.
Within the layout editing the kitchen has moved, and the living room got larger with
its interconnection with the terrace. The terrace area was divided into an open and covered part so you can maximally use it in all seasons. The terrace is protected by glass sliding doors against
the weather conditions. There is a sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower and outdoor bedroom.
Over the space of the terrace was designed a roof made of a lightweight construction with three
circular skylights.New roof builds on existing roof, by the lowered face creates a transition between
the original roof and side structures of adjacent terraces. On the existing terrace was laid a new
floor planks of solid garapa, stored on a wooden grate. The joints between the boards were cemented
in the style of a ship's deck.Drainage of the terrace is done by original rainwater drainpipes
under the new floor.
