Loft in Moravská Street

The duplex penthouse apartment for a young family is characterized by the refined use of muted colors and natural materials, demonstrated by mud bricks. These were made by the client himself in his own press. The clay plaster and the mentioned bricks give the apartment a pleasant natural character resembling a farmhouse or a Mexican homestead. The stairwell leading to the second floor is covered with a magnetic coating and thus acts as the children's noticeboard. The interior of the apartment then culminates on the second floor with an impressive view and a large terrace. Elements such as the precisely designed and manufactured minimalist railings or the gently contoured composite dormer window play off the simplicity of the flat in the small details.
